YOUR JOURNAL. YOUR CHOICES.
OmniHealth Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 25 October 2026
1. About us
OmniHealth is operated by Omni Solutions and Services Ltd ("we", "us"). Contact support@omnihealth.solutions.
Registered company number: 14911492. Registered office and address for notices: 74 Thamesbank Place, London SE28 8PS, United Kingdom.
2. Your personal health journal
OmniHealth helps you keep your own health story in one place: notes, readings, medicines, documents and information you choose to share with people involved in your care. General journaling is free. Optional AI services are paid features.
Your journal sits alongside records held by healthcare providers. It does not replace those records, professional advice or emergency services. We do not provide diagnosis or treatment through the journal. In a UK emergency, call 999 or 112.
3. Your account
Keep your login secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully. Only add information about another person when you have an appropriate right or authority to do so. Professionals remain responsible for their own professional obligations.
Account holders must be aged 18 or over. A parent or guardian with appropriate authority may maintain a dependent profile for a child under 18. A dependent profile is not a separate child account.
4. Your content and sharing
You retain your rights in the content you contribute. We do not acquire ownership of your journal. You give us the limited permission needed to store, display, process and transmit that content to operate the features you use, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You control access using the available sharing settings. Check the recipient and scope before sharing. Removing access prevents future access through that permission; it cannot recall copies someone has already downloaded or information they have incorporated lawfully into their own records. Adding someone else's documents does not transfer their intellectual property rights to you.
5. Emergency Card
You choose what information to make available through your Emergency Card. Review it regularly and avoid including information you do not intend to disclose. Anyone who can scan or obtain your QR code can access the Emergency Card information you have selected, subject to the access-time restrictions you set. Treat the QR code as a way of sharing that information, rather than as a private login. A code can be photographed or passed on, and a time restriction cannot recall copies already saved.
We cannot guarantee that emergency responders will find, scan or use the card, or that it will be available when needed. It is not an emergency response or monitoring service.
6. AI features
AI operates when you request a feature or explicitly enable an optional recurring feature, such as a weekly or monthly summary. Review the AI data-sharing information before using it. You can switch off recurring summaries in the available settings.
AI-generated information may be incomplete or incorrect. Use it to help organise information and prepare questions, and check important points with an appropriately qualified professional. Do not change treatment or delay seeking care based on an AI response. We do not promise that every response is reviewed by a clinician.
Paid AI features may be purchased through subscriptions, credits or individual purchases, as offered at checkout. OpenAI is currently the only AI provider.
7. Paid features, cancellation and refunds
The purchase screen explains the price, what is included, payment timing and any recurring renewal before you purchase. A free journal does not oblige you to buy AI features.
Paid AI is offered through subscriptions, credits and individual purchases. The purchase screen identifies which model applies and the relevant price and usage allowance. Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal and does not remove unused credits. Under the current policy, unused credits roll over and remain available until used.
Refund eligibility is assessed separately for each purchase or subscription payment. Under our voluntary refund policy, you may request a full refund for an allocation only while none of the credits from that allocation have been used and its applicable refund window remains open. Once any credits from that allocation have been used, we do not offer a discretionary partial refund for its remaining credits. For a monthly subscription payment, the refund window is its one-month paid subscription period. For an annual subscription payment, the refund window is its one-year paid subscription period. For a standalone credit purchase, the refund window is one year from the purchase date. Each purchase and renewal is assessed separately. When the relevant refund window ends, its allocation is no longer eligible for a voluntary refund, but its unused credits remain available. Credits associated with a refunded payment are cancelled. These rules do not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights.
To request cancellation or a refund, contact support@omnihealth.solutions with the payment or subscription details. You do not need to send journal or health information. UK consumers retain their statutory cancellation and refund rights, including remedies where a paid service or digital content does not meet legal requirements. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, contact support@omnihealth.solutions to cancel; a clear request is sufficient. Starting supply early does not automatically remove cancellation rights: any required express request, consent and acknowledgement must be obtained in the purchase process. No provision in these terms removes your statutory rights.
8. Export, closure and deletion
You can use the available account tools to export your information and request account deletion. Export anything you wish to keep before deletion. The current deletion process schedules deletion after a 30-day grace period, during which a request can be cancelled.
Deletion is subject to the retention rules explained in the Privacy Policy. Contributions to other people's journals may be anonymised rather than removed. Copies held independently by recipients are outside this account deletion process.
9. Responsible use and availability
Do not attempt to access another person's information without authority, upload malicious material, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks and will explain and provide a way to contact us where appropriate.
We aim to keep OmniHealth available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Keep independent copies of information you need urgently. We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing paid services.
10. Responsibility and your rights
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. We are responsible for losses to the extent required by applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket exclusion for data loss or security failures.
11. Changes and complaints
We will explain material changes and when they take effect. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights already acquired. Where a change materially affects a paid purchase, we will explain the available options and applicable cancellation or refund rights.
For complaints, contact support@omnihealth.solutions. UK consumers retain mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
